SERVICES

Kit and Cub Creative Play
Our Kit & Cub workshops are designed for children aged 5–12 and are all about process, play and exploration rather than the finished product. We have a combination of, Messy Play and Nature Play days, where children are invited to get curious, get creative and discover the joy of making, moving and exploring in their own unique way. Our workshops will alternate between different locations, creating opportunities to experience both the creative possibilities of an art studio and the freedom and wonder of outdoor play.
In a nurturing and supportive environment, children can explore a variety of materials, textures, natural elements and creative processes. .There are no right or wrong ways to create here — just plenty of opportunities to get messy, have fun, follow their curiosity and let their creativity shine! Play, create and explore.
Transpersonal Art Therapy
1:1 and groupwork sessions
Transpersonal Art Therapy offers a gentle and creative way to explore your inner world through art, imagination, movement and reflection.
Available through individual 1:1 sessions or small group experiences, both online and in person, these sessions provide a confidential and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore what may be sitting beneath the surface.
Through a combination of guided meditation, visualisation, creative and artistic processes, we can explore thoughts, feelings, experiences and patterns that may be difficult to express through words alone. There is no need to be “good at art” — the focus is on the process, not the finished product.
With gentle guidance and curiosity, you are invited to discover new perspectives, deepen your self-awareness and connect with your own inner wisdom.
A space to pause, explore, create and reconnect with yourself — at your own pace and in your own way.

Embodied Movement and Art Therapy
1:1 and groupwork sessions
Embodied Movement and Art Therapy brings together movement, creative expression and body awareness to create space for exploration, connection and self-discovery.
These sessions invite you to slow down, tune into your body and express in however that moves through you. Whether you are moving through a period of change, feeling disconnected from yourself, seeking greater emotional awareness, or simply wanting to explore a more authentic way of being, these sessions offer a supportive and non-judgemental space to be curious about yourself.
There is no right way to move and no art or dance experience is needed. You don't need to perform, achieve or get it “right” — simply come as you are and see what unfolds. A gentle invitation to listen to your body, express yourself and reconnect with the person you are beneath all the noise.
A monthly full moon women's circle and movement night to celebrate and connect with the cycles of the moon and our own seasons.
Let go and connect with a group of like-minded women and move to an eclectic mix of music aimed to take you on an exploratory journey within.
No choreography
No experience needed
Whether you feel like moving freely, sitting quietly, or somewhere in between, you're welcome exactly as you are.
Come as you are, move how you feel!

ABOUT
Hi I'm Gemma Fox, a Teacher, Transpersonal Art Therapist and Embodied Movement Practitioner, currently living and working on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW. With over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages and abilities across the Education and Arts sectors, I bring a warm, creative and person-centred approach to my work.
I work with individuals and small groups, creating supportive and nurturing spaces where people can connect with themselves, others and the world around them through Art, Movement and Nature. I am passionate about creating environments where people feel safe to explore, express and celebrate their unique selves, without judgement or expectation.
I believe in the inherent strength, wisdom and potential within each person, and in creating the space and encouragement needed to explore and realise their dreams. Together, we may explore a range of creative and embodied practices including painting, drawing, writing, clay, sand play, music and movement — using curiosity and play to discover new perspectives, express what words sometimes cannot, and reconnect with our authentic selves.
