ABOUT

I am a Primary Teacher and Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist currently living and working on the beautiful Mid North Coast, NSW. I have over 20 years experience working with people of all ages and stages in the Education and Arts sector. I use a client-centered approach to work with small groups and individuals of all ages, to connect to self and others through Art, Movement and Nature. I am passionate about creating safe and supportive environments for all people to explore and express their unique self. I am compassionate and believe in the strength and wisdom of each person to realise and actualise their dreams. However, due to various reasons such as trauma and life's complex stresses, we all sometimes need guidance in finding tools and strategies to become more resilient and self-empowered!
